AIFusion specializes in AI integration and AI implementation services tailored to your needs, including consultation, system design, and deployment of intelligent solutions.

2. Refund Policy

AIFusion strives for client satisfaction. The following terms apply based on purchase type:

2.1 Services

For AI integration and implementation services, clients may request a reimbursement within 5 days of service activation if work has not yet begun. Requests must include a clear explanation of the issue. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment channel. If you wish to reschedule a service, notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original date.

Requests submitted after deliverables have commenced or after the 5-day period will not be accepted due to the custom nature of our work.

2.2 Info Products

Digital guides, webinars, and online tutorials are available immediately upon purchase. Given their digital nature, all sales are final and not eligible for reimbursements. If you experience access issues or defective materials, contact us within 3 days for a replacement or corrective action at no extra charge.

2.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to send items back. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will issue a reimbursement for the item price within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may request an .

3. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and select digital payment options. Charges occur at the time of order. Any applicable duties or fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the purchaser.
